Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the digital nature of e-books, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
However, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and provide fair resolution in specific cases outlined below:

1. Non-Refundable Policy
All e-books are non-refundable once purchased and accessed/downloaded
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of usage

2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
The product delivered is not the correct e-book purchased
Duplicate payment for the same order
In such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Technical Issues
If there are any technical issues with accessing the e-book, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement download or alternative format
Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved

4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted via email with proof of purchase
Each request will be reviewed individually
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

5. Unauthorized Sharing
Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or resale of the e-book is strictly prohibited
Such actions may result in termination of access without refund

6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details before purchase
Refunds will not be granted for misunderstanding of product content or expectations
